Site Assistant (m/f/x) System Construction

Your tasks at FFT

• You will take on general assistance tasks for construction site management, such as gate registrations, processing incoming mail, receiving goods, etc.

• You will provide support in personnel planning, the preparation of Sunday and public holiday applications and in travel planning and accounting

• As a time administrator, you will be responsible for managing the working hours of internal and external employees

• Supporting the construction site team

Your qualification

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with several years of professional experience in the assistance sector or in a similar position

• Good written and spoken German and English skills, in addition you also have good to very good IT skills in MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP

• Willingness to travel at home and abroad is a prerequisite
