• Supporting the project teams by developing optimal manufacturing and intralogistics concepts.
• Independent creation of static availability analyses and simulation models for calculating the degree of utilization and plant throughput based on system layouts, taking into account different control logics (e.g. Kanban, sequence control).
• Coordination and verification of work results within the project team and the customer.
• Technical leadership and training of employees within the technical track.
• Participation in advanced trainings to introduce latest developments into internal processes and further development of internal standards.

Was Sie auszeichnet

• Engineer (m/f/x) or technician (m/f/x) in the fields of computer science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing/production engineering or industrial engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of body-in-white production or toolmaking in the automotive industry.
• Experience with control processes for manufacturing processes of industrial plants as well as experience in conceptual design, analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes (value stream management).
• Very good knowledge of Siemens PlantSimulation (or a comparable simulation program) as well as confident handling of the SimTalk programming language, ideally also knowledge of the Automotive Library (VDA component box).
• Ability to work in a team, confident and representative appearance in front of the customer as well as communication talent for simple presentation of complex issues.
• Strong analytical skills combined with an independent, customer and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as fluent German and good written and spoken English.
