Your tasks at FFT

• Consolidated Financial Statement Preparation:
• • Review European subsidiaries’ standalone accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly group consolidation statements with full elimination entries for intercompany balances, equity transactions and inventory unrealized profits. Support IPO initiatives through financial remediation, historical restatements and submission of audit-ready consolidation data.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Deliver regional performance, budget variance and P&L analysis based on consolidated and local financial data, delivering actionable insights for overseas operations and strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Liaison
  • Communicate with German local auditors, tax advisors, banks and authorities, while coordinating with Group Finance to align cross-border accounting data and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently
• Documentation & Consolidation Framework
  • Maintain complete archives of vouchers, financial statements, tax and audit records. and fully support internal/external audits and IPO due diligence

Your qualifications

• Skilled in consolidated statements for overseas companies, including intercompany elimination, foreign currency conversion and equity offset; able to adjust accounts under IFRS and Chinese accounting standards
• Experienced in IPO and capital finance projects. Can coordinate with auditors and securities firms, fix historical accounting issues and make complete consolidation files.Strong in data analysis and report writing, logical sorting and financial documentation drafting
• Language: Business English, Business German (B2 above)
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing or related disciplines. Holders of CPA, ACCA or local German accounting certifications are preferred
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of consolidated financial statement preparation
• Technical Skills: Familiar with German local tax and accounting regulations; adept at mainstream financial systems such as SAP and consolidation software
