Automation Engineer (m/f/x)

Your tasks at FFT

• Realization of new production lines under the aspect of "Industry 4.0", e.g. in the automotive, aviation, innovative production, assembly and logistics automation sectors

• PLC programming of production systems

• Development of user interfaces and diagnostic functions for our customers

• Validation of PLC programs with the help of virtual simulation systems

• Commissioning and optimization of production systems up to acceptance by the customer

• Development of new concepts and standards

• Planning, conceptual design and implementation of automation and digitalization projects in control technology

• Further development of automation systems and production processes with regard to new technologies

• Creation of validation requirements/documentation for new systems/processes and support with process validations

Your qualification

• Engineer (m/f/x) or technician (m/f/x) specializing in electrical engineering or mechatronics

• Good knowledge and practical experience in the field of automation technology and/or mechanical engineering as well as project planning and implementation of automation and digitization projects

• Knowledge of PLC programming (KOP, FUP, AWL, etc.) is an advantage

• Experience with high-level languages (SCL, VBA, C, etc.) desirable

• Good written and spoken English skills
