Key Account Manager (m/f/x) Production / Technology

Your tasks at FFT

• Customer development, expansion and maintenance of the customer base and collaboration on strategic and operational planning

• Main contact person (m/f/x) for customers regarding products and technology and securing regular customers by organizing "high-level" regular appointments

• Managing requests for support from the specialist departments

• Managing and working on quotation projects from preparation to negotiation and order placement

• Ensuring the planned incoming order and project result targets for the specified customer environment

• Supporting ongoing projects in the customer environment according to upcoming requirements

• Sustainable verification of the respective financial year planning for the customer

Your qualification

• Engineer (m/f/x), industrial engineer (m/f/x) or technician (m/f/x)

• Ideally several years of professional experience in sales and/or project work in the field of vehicle final assembly and, if possible, experience in automotive body-in-white construction

• Advantageous: Completed sales training and well-developed customer network in the area of products and technology

• Business fluent in German and English, MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP R/3 knowledge, which we will expand on a sales-specific basis
