  • You are responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of test systems in the field of aviation, automotive, battery and hydrogen technologies in our test department Systems & Test Operations.
  • You are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of control and measurement systems for test applications
  • You deal with PLC programming and software development for test systems
  • You develop user interfaces, diagnostic functions and safety systems and take care of the further and new development of IoT & sensor systems in hardware and software
  • Your area of responsibility includes overall system development (hardware-related programming, communication protocols, interaction with higher-level systems, e.g. for quality assurance or visualization)
  • You will be tasked with commissioning and optimizing the test systems on-site at the customer and create project documentation documents
 

 

Was Sie auszeichnet

  • You have a degree in engineering, computer science, physics or comparable
  • You have experience in software development (embedded or application programming) as well as in the implementation of automation and instrumentation projects
  • You have a self-dependent, goal-oriented and structured way of working combined with the ability to work in a team, self-motivation and the willingness to travel at home and abroad.
  • You convince with good knowledge of PLC programming and measuring systems 
  • Knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or Beckhoff machine controls, experience with programming languages (python, C/C++, PHP, etc.), simulation environments (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink) and database systems are desirable
  • You have a business fluent command of English, both written and spoken
