On the first day, all our trainees and students meet at our headquarters in Fulda. You can get to know each other and make your first contacts before you start your induction. Some of you will start in our vocational training center (BBZ Mitte), where you can try out many different topics and areas. During and after the induction period, you will be supervised by our training team, who will also prepare you for your exams. You will be given your own projects and initial responsibility. We promise you, it will be exciting!
And what happens after your apprenticeship or studies? - That's in your own hands.
After successfully completing your training, you can help determine your development prospects. A deepening of the job you have already learned, further training or a dual Master's degree?
