About the Role:
We are looking for a Line Leader to oversee and coordinate the installation of production lines. This role focuses on ensuring that all systems are correctly installed, configured, and ready for operation, while managing teams on-site and maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the on-site installation of production lines, including mechanical, electrical, and automation components.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards during installation.
  • Lead and guide installation teams, ensuring proper task allocation and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to address installation challenges.
  • Verify system functionality after installation and support the commissioning process.
  • Maintain documentation of installation progress and report regularly to project stakeholders.
 

 

Your profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in the installation of production lines or similar systems in manufacturing environments.
    • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and practices for on-site work.
    • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues during installation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for international collaboration.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel extensively or relocate as needed.
