Senior Design Engineer (m/f/x) Mechanics

Your tasks at FFT

• Implementation responsibility for mechanical design in accordance with customer and internal requirements

• Technical and deadline responsibility within the scope of customer projects

• Close cooperation with internal data management and work preparation

• Creation of production data, technical drawings and project documentation

• Calculation of construction hours

• Supporting project management in the preparation and implementation of project meetings

• Professional and technical management of a design team

Your qualification

• Engineer (m/f/x), technician (m/f/x) or experienced product designer (m/f/x) in the field of mechanical engineering 

• Ideally professional experience in the design of special machines and/or in plant construction for the aviation industry

• Confident handling of a 3D CAD system (ideally Catia) and MS Office applications

• Ability to work in a team and good command of English

• Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for technical contexts and varied tasks
